If you’re trying to get out and do something this December, you’ve got plenty of options, and we’ve got your tickets! Whether you’re interested in a basketball game, comedic concert or a night at the theater, there’s sure to be an event that fits your personality.
Football fans still have the playoffs to look forward to, but if your team hasn’t had a good enough season, you may want to squeeze in a game before the year is over. The regular season ends on December 30th, and only the best teams will move forward from there. If you don’t catch them now, chances are you’ll have to wait until next August to show some support. On the other hand, Basketball lovers can choose to attend one of the many games coming up, and hockey fanatics have their own set of options (Detroit Red Wings vs. Nashville Predators on December 15th!). Check out these and other sporting events here.
Those interested in seeing a show should definitely look into Wicked. Labeled as “The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz,” it’s currently our featured show, and it promises a devilishly good time. This month, you can see a performance in Honolulu, St. Louis and for a limited time, Syracuse, New York (through December 9th). There’s no place like the theater!
Since everyone has their own peculiar taste in music, we couldn’t possibly list all the different artists on tour in December, but here are some of the highlights. Aerosmith will touchdown in multiple cities until a few days before Christmas: Las Vegas, NV (December 1st), Los Angeles, CA (December 3rd), New Orleans, LA (December 6th), Fort Lauderdale, FL (December 9th), Tampa, FL (December 11th), Nashville, TN (December 13th) and Kansas City, MO (December 21st).
Lady Antebellum also has a handful of December tour dates scheduled: Tampa, FL (December 3rd), Nashville, TN (Christmas Day) and West Palm Beach, FL (New Year’s Eve). Finally, for the parents of all the Beliebers out there, Justin Bieber is coming to a city near you – maybe: Toronto, ON (December 1st), Los Angeles (December 3rd), Philadelphia, PA (December 5th), Boston, MA (December 6th), Tampa, FL (December 9th), Fairfax, VA (December 11th) and Atlanta, GA (December 12th).
As always, Broadway tickets are available. If you’re planning a trip to the Big Apple this Christmas, sneak in a show! Broadway never disappoints.
