The World Series has come to a close (congratulations to the Boston Red Sox!) and Football season is well underway. October brings the start of Hockey and Basketball, and fans are now rejoicing. Season openers kicked off a few days ago with the Indiana Pacers facing the Orlando Magic (97-87 Pacers) and the Miami Heat going up against the reigning champions (107-95 Heat). It’s going to be a great year for the NBA, who has thankfully moved forward in the right direction after the “lockout” from two seasons ago.
Will you be attending a game this year? If nothing else, at least go show support for your home team. Your cheers from the stands might make a difference and change what would’ve been a loss to a win. Go team!
Since it’s inception, Stomp has performed during Brazil’s Carnival, on the Children’s television show Sesame Street, at the World Figure Skating Championships, the world-renowned Sydney Opera House and even at the 2012 Olympic Games closing ceremony. It’s safe to say their performances are a big deal.
Thankfully, Stomp is on tour though the end of the year, which means they’re likely coming to a city near you!

There are all sorts of reasons to look forward to the fall season, but if you’re a football fan, chances are pigskin is the only thing on your mind. The pre-season is already underway, and soon, the games that count toward the playoffs will take over Monday night television.

Check out the schedule for your favorite team (if you haven’t memorized it already), and grab your tickets before you’re gone. We even have availability for the Super Bowl. Yes, the SUPER BOWL. This band’s music has not only transcended multiple decades, but it has also stayed relevant through the first part of the 21st century. Considering all the “one-hit wonders” out there, that’s a very impressive feat.
Well, RHCP is now on tour, and in honor of all their timeless tunes, we’re dedicating this post to some random tidbits about the group.
Who doesn’t love a good laugh?

Sometime in the history of the United States, baseball was deemed our favorite pastime. While the times have changed, and things like technology, social media and the internet in general have developed into our evolved to become our most time-consuming distractions, baseball lives on as a great spectator’s activity, and it very well may still be America’s favorite sport. It draws masses from all different backgrounds and upbringings, and I’ve never met an American citizen who didn’t know the lyrics to “Take Me Out to the Ball Game.”
Whether you visit the ballpark for the beer and nachos, or you’re a wildly devoted fanatic looking to catch a foul ball, we hope you make it to a few games this summer. MLB’s 2013 season is already underway, and we can get you in the stands!
Tickets start at $15. Click here for options.
When a picture of the Backstreet Boys holding Pandas surfaces online, you don’t ignore it.
They’re on tour in China right now, and it seems they took some time out of their schedule to spend some time with the native animals. Can you blame them? No trip to China is complete without an up-close encounter with a Giant Panda, and the baby ones just sweeten the deal!
The Backstreet Boys will be touring North America later this summer, so if you’d like a little nostalgia with a side of 90s pop hits, check and see if they’re coming to a city near you. In the meantime, maybe head to your local zoo this weekend.
